Podcast Details by Feed URL
https://api.podengine.ai/api/v1/podcasts/by-feed-url Get a podcast, and where it is listed, from its RSS feed URL. http and https, a trailing slash and the case of the host are ignored, and a feed that has moved host still matches the URL we first tracked it under. Returns the same response as Podcast Details, and counts as a podcast lookup in the same way. Returns 404 when we do not track the feed.
