EP. 7 - A Capsule of Joy and Jenna

Recorded May 17, 2020 This recording sat in my drafts and was put on many to - do lists over the course of four months. But with minimal editing, it is finally here! I am so excited to be back into making my podcast, and I look forward to recording and releasing more soon. --------------------------------------- Connect with me in Twitter @joylewin Podcast logo by @the_original_hickster (Instagram) Royalty free music from https://www.fesliyanstudios.com (https://www.fesliyanstudios.com/)

EP. 5 Politics and Therapy, Student Reflections

This episode was submitted for Senior Seminar, April 2020. Podcast logo by @the_original_hickster (Instagram) Royalty free music from https://www.fesliyanstudios.com (https://www.fesliyanstudios.com/) Citations are below; I cannot stress enough that I am a student summarizing my brief beginning research on this topic. I am not an expert, not even a grad student yet. I am articulating what I learned from studying this on my own (with review by my professor). ------------------------------------ CITATIONS Brouillette, Richard. “Why Therapists Should Talk Politics.” Opinionator, The New York Times, 15 March 2016. EP. 4 Book Notes - Soul of Shame

This episode was submitted for Senior Seminar, April 2020. For my first mini-podcast and semi-book review, I am (very briefly) discussing the book "The Soul of Shame" by Curt Thompson. The focus here is what I learned, not a thorough book review. Thompson, Curt. The Soul of Shame: Retelling the Stories We Believe about Ourselves. InterVarsity Press, 2015. EP. 3 Ideas

So during a few parts of this episode, you can hear my keyboard clicking... I will fix this for next time. I am learning about all the small adjustments that need to be made for success. Also, this episode is very scattered, but I am putting it out anyway. Like a small time capsule, just for myself! ---------------------- Podcast logo by @the_original_hickster (Instagram) Royalty free music from https://www.fesliyanstudios.com (https://www.fesliyanstudios.com/)

   EP. 2 Seminar

This episode is to fulfill the creative project for Senior Seminar, March 2020, submitted to Dr. Milco. This episode is pretty vulnerable, I hope that my honesty can help me become more courageous. -------------------------- Podcast logo by @the_original_hickster (Instagram) Royalty free music from https://www.fesliyanstudios.com (https://www.fesliyanstudios.com/)

   EP. 1 Goals

This is definitely part of the learning curve! Working on formatting and all that good stuff-- enjoy the minimally edited first episode. Hopefully, I will get much better at this with practice.
