<p>When PTI won elections in KPK in 2013, Pakistani's were keen to see the improvements in governance they had long awaited. </p> <p>Governance in Pakistan cannot improve unless fundamental reforms in structure and substance of Police & Judicial systems are introduced.</p> <p>With 25 years in civil services, first hand experience in reform, business process re-engineering, automation, legislative changes, and having successfully delivered a mega national level reform project, I took my recommendations for reform in Police and Judiciary to the man I thought would turn Pakistan around.
