<p>过去的两年里，我始终都处于行尸走肉般的厌世情绪里，一直到我终于鼓足勇气去看了医生，确诊，吃药，世界才重新有了点颜色和光。</p><p>公司倒闭后，我把最后剩余的一些器材、电脑搬到了原来公司的宿舍里，这次搬家，我没有请人，和最后的两个员工，用了整整一个月才慢慢搬完。东西太多，太杂，我们用两个露营车和一个平板车，估计运了上百趟吧。</p><p>搬完后，最后的两个伙伴去新公司上班了，我开始整理和收拾。60平的小三居实在难以容下这么多东西，顿时成了一个下脚都很艰难的逼仄空间，每挪动一件东西一定要先挪动另外好几样东西，活生生的现实版华容道。从600平的宽阔写字楼，搬到60平的小屋，狭窄范围里的辗转腾挪，随之而来的粘腻汗水和年久失修的关节拉痛，让我数次几欲崩溃。中年人的崩溃，从来不是发生在故事的高潮处，而是发生在那些看似平静的日常里。</p><p>但繁复的收拾和整理，让我开始重新真切地触摸到那些我很久没有碰过的器材，过去的两年，我焦虑、我抑郁，我长时间坐在停车场里没有勇气上楼去办公室，我真的已经很久没有仔细地、投入地去使用、琢磨那些曾经让我热爱、让我兴奋到失眠的设备了。所以这一次我被动地再次和它们发生连接后，我意识到，我心里的某一个地方，又开始痒痒了。</p><p>两年了，我的大脑，终于又开始分泌多巴胺了。</p><p>在这之后，我逐渐复原成了几年前“很卷”的自己，在这个狭小的公寓里，我整理出了三个工位，功能对应着1（写作、设计、混音）2（非线编辑、调色）3（录音、游戏），重新安装、修复了三台工作站的硬件、软件，重新调试安装了三台工作站所需的外设器材。我甚至还把电脑整个拆了清空了灰尘。另外我还用一个小卧室做成了可以简单拍摄的小摄影棚，用另一个小卧室做成了可以直播的小直播间，最后的卧室保留了以前的一张上下铺铁床，但我在床尾用吊装了一个闲置的显示器，配合电视盒子和小音箱，做成了我学生时代梦想的“超豪华”宿舍床。</p><p>这些都做完之后的那一刻，我很开心。但这并不意味着后面的时光，会像电影里一样，主角如梦初醒，找到了神力，最终拯救了自己和世界。我仅仅是在那一刻，很开心，而已。</p><p>我依然每天焦虑抑郁，依然面对着大量的压力，依然对后面的事，一无所知。</p><p>但总之，这是录下这期播客时的我，我最近总是想起许巍《两天》的歌词：</p><p>我只有两天，一天用来希望，一天用来绝望。</p><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FgkmRfLNUmNxyaxvidPHr651LhTp.JPG"/></figure><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FtKAxkjYv_XAG_vSUJQAsG3eBGe3.JPG"/></figure><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FtUQv4WWaHGEFiaeIbxXne2orjIV.JPG"/></figure><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/Fl6r4B5TBgfzE7OFxUwniFiahRtX.JPG"/></figure><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FiA3HO-yQC84Z0s-__QXGMFaikwD.JPG"/></figure><figure><img src="https://image.xyzcdn.net/FuY32n_G17tmUR4YJ7Qw5DaSxA61.JPG"/></figure>
