In this episode of the Backend Business Babe podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing systems expert Tara Leson. We dove into how implementing systems can streamline business processes and increase efficiency.

Tara shared how she helps business owners bring in repeat leads and sales by optimizing their processes. A key strategy she highlighted was connecting lead magnets to offers through a sales funnel. This guides potential customers seamlessly through the customer journey.

We discussed the benefits of using all-in-one platforms rather than multiple different tools. Tara and I agreed that all-in-ones can save businesses both time and money in the long run compared to taping together platforms that don't communicate with one another. Project management tools like Asana were also recommended for staying organized and on top of tasks.

The pros and cons of chatbots for online businesses came up. While automation at scale is appealing, Tara stressed the importance of real relationships and having real conversations with potential leads to build trust, especially when selling high-ticket items.

To wrap up, Tara encouraged listeners to experiment with systems and strategies to find what works for growing their email lists and qualified leads. The key is not being afraid to test new approaches to see what sticks.

Connect with Tara:
https://www.instagram.com/iamtaraleson
https://www.taraleson.com
https://www.taraleson.com/systems-school

Connect with Mirjana:

IG: https://www.instagram.com/itsmirjanalalic777

Join my FB Community for Female Entrepreneurs:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/resilientfempreneurs

Looking to start your own podcast or seeking back-end business support?

Email me at: [email protected] to inquire
