<p>Ganz ehrlich, manchmal denkt man sich, dass der Tag bei den anderen einfach mehr als 24 Stunden hat oder? Wie du produktiver und erfolgreicher mit der richtigen Zeitplanung werden kannst, lernst du hier in dieser Folge. </p> <p><br></p> <ol> <li>PLANUNG IST DAS HALBE LEBEN: Fange mit einer Grobplanung an. Was ist dein oberstes Ziel, was du in 1/5/10 Jahren erreichen möchtest? Welche Teilziele musst du dafür zu welcher Zeit erreicht haben? Kontrolliere diese Teilziele anhand von Meilensteinen. Für deine Teilziele ist dann eine Feinplanung auf Monats-/Wochen-/Tagesebene wichtig.</li> <li>TIMEBLOCKING: Planung ohne Umsetzung ist sinnlos. Wir werden heutzutage ständig abgelenkt bzw. das „Micro-Management“ (Zahnpasta kaufen, Schuhschrank aufräumen etc.) lässt und freiwillig keine frei Zeit. Setze dir pro Tag einen Fokus und konzentriere dich voll und ganz auf die wichtigsten Sachen zuerst.</li> <li>DELEGIEREN: Werde „ersetzbar“ und lege deinen Perfektionismus ab. Du kannst/musst(!) nicht alles perfekt machen. nicht-wichtig + dringend = abgeben! … Nicht-wichtig+nicht-dringende = Papierkorb!</li> <li>SCHONE DICH: sei nicht zu streng zu dir selbst und respektiere deine Grenzen. Du hast dein eigenes Tempo und musst verstehen, dass wenn etwas nicht nach Plan läuft, dann ist es ein Zeichen: du bist noch nicht soweit oder es war (für dich) nicht wichtig genug.
