منذ ولادتنا ونحن نتفاعل مع الآخرين طاقياً وجسدياً ونفسياً ومشاعرياً لن نستطيع ان نعيش عيشة سويه نفسياً دون ان نختلط مع الآخرين ونتفاعل معهم ونتبادل معهم المشاعر ولكن قد يحدث خلل في هذا التبادل حين نعطي فوق طاقتنا اونحرم من تبادل العطاء هنا تحدث المتاعب فإذا كنت تشعر انك مجبر على تقديم شعور لاتشعر به اوان عطائك غير مقدر او ان المشاعر السلبية تسيطر عليك معظم الوقت عليك ان تتعلم كيف ترسم حدودك ومتى وكيف تعطي وكيف تتعامل مع مشاعرك وهذا هو موضوع هذه السلسة (نحن والآخرون)
