تباطؤ
<p>أن أقرأ كتابًا يُسرِّع عملية النمو لدي، أو أُجالس صديقًا ذكيًا، أو أخوض مُغامرة جديدة، أو أتوه بين أرجاء الطبيعة، خيرٌ لي من الركض واللهث والانخراط في طوفان الحياة السريع. لقد أهدتني الحياة البطيئة التأنِّي والصبر والهدوء والسلام والوفرة ومُطاوعة مجرى الحياة والتخلَّي عن مقاومتها. منذ أن اخترت عيش أسلوب الحياة البطيء وأنا أقل توتُّرًا وقلقًا وأكثر سلامًا وهدوءًا. منذ أن اكتشفت أن ليس هناك سببًا للعجلة وأنا ارتشف القهوة على مهل، أنظر إلى نجمة تومِئ لي في السماء، استمع لتغريد الطير، انتظر غروب الشمس. أحياني هذا كله، كما أصبحت نقاط ارتكاز أعود إليها متى ما أردت.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>في العجلة التوتُّر والارتباك والتشتُّت، أما آن الأوان أن نتَّخذ نهج الحياة البطيء؟ أن نركِّز على مهامنا البسيطة اليومية بدلاً من التسارع والتهافت، أن نركز على الجودة عوضًا عن الكمية؟ هل حان الوقت أن نتخلص من هذه العجلة المستمرة التي ترافق الحياة الحديثة لنتفاعل مع الأشخاص والأشياء بشكل أعمق؟</p><p><br></p><p>نحن نزهو بالجمال عندما نقصد الحاضر لحظة بلحظة. ولأن مُقاومة ما يُمليه الحاضر مُوجِعة، قررتُ أن أكون صديقًا له، أسير مع إيقاعه وألعب مَعهُ، لا ضده.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>هناك أشياء لا تُرى إلا عندما نُبطِّئ وتيرة الحياة المزدحمة، وهناك أشياء لا تُحس إلا عندما نتوقف لوهلة كي نعثر على الهدوء والسكينة وسط فوضى الحياة الحديثة. التباطؤ والوجود الحاضر هما الحل.</p><p><br></p><p>حساب بودكاست مَدَد على منصة الإنستغرام:</p><p><br></p><p>https://www.instagram.com/madadpod?igsh=a2tvZGtibHIxeHI0&utm_source=qr</p><p><br></p><p>حساب معن السلطان على منصة x:</p><p><br></p><p>https://x.com/maan_alsultan/</p>
