<p>Welcome to the first episode of Calm, Chaos and Everything in between. </p> <p>In this episode I will be introducing myself and giving a more thorough run though of what topics I’ll be discussing in future episodes. </p> <p>The main focus of this podcast is mental health and different things I’ve found that help and some possible triggers. Please note, I’m not a medical professional and everything discussed are my own personal experiences. I encourage listeners to do their own research to find what works for them. </p> <p>Another topic I’ll be exploring is parenting, in particular parenting kids with additional needs. I have twin boys myself, both with ADHD, one with ASD also. If we’re lucky, I might even get one of them on as a guest in future episodes. </p> <p>Lastly, I’ll be talking about hobbies. Some of my hobbies include reading, gaming (nothing hardcore but I got a Nintendo Switch recently) and gardening (which is once again a new hobby so I’m still learning lots on this topic!) </p> <p>Now, a little bit about me. I’m a stay at home mum with twin boys. I’m a huge introvert, although I can talk the ear off of a close friend. </p> <p>Reading is one of the hobbies I’ll be discussing, although I tend to read a lot of young adult and “easy reading” books as I struggle to focus on more intense books unless I’m in “the zone”. </p> <p>Gardening is something that I’ve recently been spending a lot of time doing and learning about so I’ll be talking a fair bit about that too. </p> <p><br></p> <p>*Please be aware that although I do have an explicit rating on this podcast, I will be putting a warning at the start of episodes with any swearing and there’ll be no F bombs in parenting episodes. </p> <p>Thanks for joining me today and I hope you join next time.</p>
