<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">你好呀，欢迎收听柴儿狗护肤词典，我是柴柴。一个喜欢研究科学护肤的理公狗，大家也亲切地叫我妇女之狗。今天我们继续来聊聊常见的护肤误区和科学的护肤思路，相信你多多少少听说过皮肤的水油平衡理论。如果你问别人，我的皮肤太容易出油了，该怎么办？别人八成会回答，出油是因为你的皮肤缺水了要补水才行。但是这个说法真的科学吗？我们可以试想一下，如果皮肤出油，就是因为缺水，那也就是说，只要皮肤干到一定程度，就会自动出油。这样的话，干性皮肤的人怎么还会为皮肤干燥而烦恼呢？他们的皮肤应该会自动分泌出更多油脂，缓解干燥才对啊。所以说啊，皮肤出油是因为缺水，这个说法其实是经不起仔细推敲的。实际上，皮肤的出油和自我保湿是两个独立的机制。我们先来看看皮肤出油的机制。表皮的油脂是由皮脂腺分泌的，而皮脂腺的分泌状况受到遗传，激素，环境等很多因素的共同影响，比如你的皮肤类型，也就是你的皮肤属于油性干性中性还是混合型。主要就是取决于遗传因素。十几岁的少男少女皮肤特别容易出油，长痘痘则是跟青春期的激素分泌有关，而一般我们的皮肤在夏天比冬天更容易。出油则是缓解。</p>
