La tragedia aérea del Chapecoense
<p>El accidente, que tuvo lugar el 28 de noviembre de 2016 en las montañas de Colombia, dejó 71 muertos y seis heridos. "En el informe preliminar veíamos una fuerte sospecha de que al avión le faltó combustible. En el informe final se presentan cuentas claras y pruebas latentes de las deficiencias de la empresa LaMia en su seguridad operacional". La empresa planeó el vuelo de Santa Cruz a Rionegro sin escalas e infringiendo los requisitos de combustible para un trayecto internacional. "Ahí se configuró el accidente", sentenció Camacho. "No tuvo en cuenta la cantidad de combustible para el destino, uno de contingencia, otro para ir a un aeropuerto alterno (en este caso El Dorado de Bogotá) y una reserva para que el avión no se apague al aterrizar".</p> <p>Según "la aeronave con matrícula LMI 2933 tenía un déficit de 2.303 kilogramos de combustible, ya que para recorrer la ruta las disposiciones del sector exigían una cantidad mínima de combustible de 11.603 kilogramos y esta aeronave solo contaba con 9.300".</p>
