<p><strong>🏚️ Amityville</strong></p><p>En 2025, un fan de paranormal glissa une lettre épaisse dans la boîte aux lettres des propriétaires du <strong>112 Ocean Avenue</strong>. Les lettres personnelles sont souvent ignorées, mais <strong>l’épaisseur inhabituelle de celle-ci intrigua Stephen</strong>. En l’ouvrant, il découvrit une <strong>liasse de billets de 100 dollars</strong>, soit <strong>environ 2 000 dollars en liquide</strong>, accompagnée d’un <strong>e-mail</strong>, d’un <strong>numéro de téléphone</strong>, et d’un mot griffonné :</p><p>« Voici de quoi vous remercier d’avance pour m’accorder quelques minutes de votre temps. »</p><p>Une proposition alléchante suivit : <strong>le rachat de la propriété</strong> pour la somme de <strong>20 millions de dollars</strong>. Pas d’avocats, seulement un huissier <strong>choisi par l’acquéreur</strong>.</p><p> Après quelques mois d’hésitation, <strong>Stephen accepta l’offre — revue à la hausse à 30 millions de dollars</strong> pour motiver le vendeur.</p><br><p><br></p><p>Le <strong>nouveau propriétaire</strong>, resté <strong>anonyme</strong>, récupéra la maison du <strong>112 Ocean Avenue</strong> le <strong>13 septembre 2026</strong>.</p><p> Il fit venir <strong>trois camions de déménagement américains</strong>, remplis de <strong>meubles vintage, vêtements d’époque, jouets, nains de jardin, vélos, peluches</strong>...</p><p> Cet homme avait, avec une force démesurée, <strong>réuni tout ce qui pouvait redonner à la maison son authenticité originelle</strong>.</p><p>Pour lui, <strong>la maison était un lieu sacré</strong>, <strong>un symbole figé dans le temps</strong>, qui <strong>n’aurait jamais dû être rénové</strong>.</p><p>« Est-ce que nous modifions le style et l’architecture des cathédrales ? Non. Nous respectons leur authenticité. »</p><p>Il en allait de même, à ses yeux, pour Amityville.</p><p> <strong>La maison devait rester telle qu’en 1977.</strong></p><br><p><br></p><p>Il lança alors des <strong>travaux de “dé-rénovation”</strong>, pour <strong>ramener la demeure à son apparence d’origine</strong>, celle des années 70.</p><p> Les voisins furent <strong>choqués</strong> de voir <strong>le vrai visage oublié</strong> de cette maison ressurgir.</p><p> Une maison que <strong>les enfants d’autrefois</strong>, devenus aujourd’hui <strong>propriétaires des maisons voisines</strong>, croyaient <strong>avoir enterrée à jamais</strong>.</p><p>Oui… <strong>elle était de retour.</strong></p><p> <strong>Avec ses yeux.</strong></p><hr><p style='color:grey; font-size:0.75em;'> Hébergé par Acast.
