Epidemia de fiebre amarilla. Relato histórico
<p>Este relato viene a contar las consecuencias de la inacción, ante escenarios de enfermedades desconocidas, como lo fue en 1871, el brote de fiebre amarilla. Luego de una guerra infame contra el Paraguay, los soldados trajeron consigo el virus. Sarmiento decide irse, y los hospitales y cementerios colapsan. Un relato que nos permite entender el porqué de la configuración urbana de la provincia de Buenos Aires, y además establecer comparaciones con el presente, ya que al igual que en esta época, en la década de 1870 se daban explicaciones paranormales, fantasmagóricas de las enfermedades que no comprendían, desmereciendo cualquier estudio científico.<br> Extraído de elgatoylacaja.com.ar<br> IMG: THE NEGRA</p>
