   Small Faith Vs Little Faith:

Matthew 6:25-34 reveals that worry often exposes where our trust truly rests. Jesus connects anxiety to the things people look to for security, including money, status, image, and control. He reminds us that life is more valuable than possessions, that the Father provides for what He has made, and that worry cannot add anything meaningful to our lives. Anxiety is not solved by pretending problems do not exist, but by seeking God's kingdom first and bringing our concerns to Him in prayer. Trust grows as we remember how God has provided before and depend on Him for today instead of being ruled by tomorrow.

   The Audit

Jesus calls us to examine what we truly value and where we place our hope. Storing up treasures on earth means hoarding and obsessively accumulating beyond what we need, while storing up treasures in heaven means investing in what actually lasts into eternity. What we treasure shapes our hearts, not the other way around. When something other than God holds our ultimate devotion, we become divided and unstable. No one can serve two masters, and Jesus makes clear that trying to do so does not produce balance but instability. The invitation is straightforward: draw near to God, value Him above everything else, and watch how your heart follows.
