<p><strong>Daily Good Karma -Even Bella Can do it</strong></p> <p><strong>Mental Health is a silent killer and we are very shy to discuss about it for social stigma.I noticed that doing Good Karma helps &nbsp;mental health problems be it related to stress,anxiety or depression because we are doing some thing which helps others without expecting anything in return from them. I called the shop and to my surprise a good Samaritan picked her purse and returned it to customer service without even telling his name. We could not even Thank him.
