Tâm trí luôn lao về phía tương lai hay quay ngược lại quá khứ. Nó không thể đứng yên trong hiện tại. Bạn phải đi đâu đó, phải làm cái gì đó. . .ngồi im không làm gì là quá khó. Còn hiện hữu trong từng hành động của mình là không thể được. Vì bạn luôn nói và làm như "một người mà mình tưởng mình là". Nếu còn trẻ bạn lao về tương lai. Khi về già bạn gặm nhấm quá khứ. Nhưng mọi thứ hiện hữu đều là hiện tại kể cả hạnh phúc hay chứng ngộ. Thế cho nên Bạn hãy hiện hữu thuần khiết trong từng khoảnh khắc và ngay tại chỗ nầy. Khi ấy người nói và làm mới là "chính mình" chứ không phải con vẹt lập lại hay con robot làm theo lập trình.
