<p>In “Das Zeitalter des Überwachungskapitalismus” nimmt Harvard-Ökonomin Shoshana Zuboff die Wirtschafts- und Gesellschaftsdynamiken unserer Gegenwart auseinander und zeigt auf, wie die Verbreitung von Methoden der Datenauswertung und Verhaltensmanipulation ökonomische und soziale Veränderungen vorantreibt, die den Menschen auf einen Lieferanten von Verhaltensdaten reduzieren. Das Buch macht eindrücklich, warum es um soviel mehr geht als Datenschutz oder Wettbewerbsverzerrung durch Plattform-Riesen.
