<p>The journey of my voice, lost and found. I’m starting this podcast and womb healing ceremony journey by sharing a bit about myself. Some of my journey and how I arrived at this place where I can share my voice. How many of our voices have been lost in the shadows of trauma? How many times have we bitten our lips to keep the calm? To survive the moment? I know I have and this is my journey of discovery about noticing how that showed up in my life, where I discovered the shushing started and where I am today.</p>
