2. Het (klimaat)activisme van advocaat Bénédicte Ficq
<p>Meerdere jaren op rij werd ze door haar vakgenoten gekozen tot beste strafpleitster van Nederland: Bénédicte Ficq. Ze kreeg grote bekendheid door de balpenmoordzaak, verdedigde daarna Dino Soerel (vermeend partner van Holleeder), de kickboxer Badr Hari en was betrokken bij het Marengo process. Nu klaagt ze grote multinationals aan voor hun milieuvervuiling. Iedere CEO van een vervuilend bedrijf loopt inmiddels het risico door Ficq te worden aangeklaagd. </p><p><br>Daarnaast is ze ook uitgesproken klimaatactivist, ze werd in februari zelfs lid van Extinction Rebellion. Maar na de klimaatmars in Amsterdam trok ze haar lidmaatschap in; ze kon zich niet vinden in de manier waarop XR positie neemt met betrekking tot de oorlog in Palestina. </p><p> </p><p>Dit een veel meer bespraken we in deze aflevering van De Bovenkamer. </p><p>Presentatie: Max Boogaard </p>

<p>“Je kan overeenstemming hebben dat de weg die je gaat niet de goede weg is, maar daarmee heb je de betere weg niet gevonden.”<br>"We moeten groter denken en kleiner doen." <br>"Voor ingewikkelde problemen zijn geen simpele oplossingen." </p><p>En zo zat deze aflevering vol met andere (tegeltjes)wijsheden.
