Fluff was targeted by a corrupt and psychotic member of Kevin Street South Metropolitan Police or &quot;Gardaí&quot; as they quaintly like to be known since they broke away from the Royal Irish Constabulary.</p><p><br></p><p>This corrupt member of the Irish Police, as Fluff would later evidence in Court via expert witnesses, had a long history of taking fraudulent cases against people he perceived as vulnerable. And with the help of his colleagues and a colluding Garda doctor, was engaged in a years long fraud of the Irish State.</p><p><br></p><p>After securing their release from an illegal and in breach of Constitution and Irish Law 21 day sectioning after 12 days, as the psychotic cop in question had told St. James Hospital Fluff&#39;s time in Finland was a &quot;hallucination&quot; and &quot;a delusion&quot;. Fluff was pitched in a two and half year nightmare with Kevin Street and Irish Town Gards that culminated in a 4.e Pre-Arraignment Dismissal in the Dublin Circuit Court by Judge Melanie Greally in a withering dismissal of the charges as &quot;wholly lacking evidence&quot; raising Judicial concern of police perjury and breaches of the constitution.</p><p><br></p><p>During this the Gards involved tried to fake a forensics test, and it is allegedly the longest 4.e dismissal in Irish legal history which also marks E.F. Fluff as the first recognition of a non-binary person in an Irish Court Judgement.<br></p><p>Less than a month and half after that, Kevin Street and Irish Town Gards tried to murder Fluff, confiscate there evidence, means of defending themselves, and carrying through their Irish Personal Injuries Assessment Board Proceedings. At one stage being so bold as to ask Fluff on video interrogation if they had managed to confiscate all of Fluff&#39;s access to evidence of their - the cops - wrong doing.</p><p><br></p><p>Human Rights activists helped Fluff escape back home to Finland, and now Irish Police are lying to Helsinki Police to say</p><p><br></p><ul><li>E.F.
