My co-host <strong>Brian Gathy</strong> and I will take turns writing show notes for our forthcoming episodes. I don’t like writing in third person because it doesn’t feel authentic to me and if a podcast about <strong>Mindfulness, Buddhism and Non-Dual Understanding</strong> is about anything, it’s about keeping it real.</p> <p>Episode One is a freewheeling conversation between Brian and I where we present a rough sketch of our personal stories and ‘spiritual journeys’ thus far.
