【狄驤說真的】當你用高槓桿買房，你揹的不是房貸，而是要命風險?
<p>說真的，低利率和建商的洗腦，以及無殼蝸牛們害怕房價越漲越高的恐懼，都確實抬高了房價，也造成了台灣房市泡沫。 <br /> <br />那在這種情況下，還沒買房的人，到底要不要一同踏上這條買房的不歸路呢? <br />如果讓我選擇，我依舊不會選擇買房，這有兩個原因： <br />第一個是，我認為，房屋是給人住的，不應該給錢和蚊子住，所以我不會和建商與投資客一同乘上這條，侵害人權且萬惡的船，這樣會讓我睡不安穩。 <br />第二個是，我會運用總經投資，把資金投資在不受疫情和國際局勢影響的的未來趨勢產業，靠趨勢的力量獲得被動收入，才是我認為，運用資金最好的方法。 <br /> <br />當然了，畢竟我的答案不等於所有人的答案，也許你會認為房地產才是未來趨勢，進而趁低利率出手進場。 <br /> <br />但我奉勸各位，出手前要好好衡量風險。 <br />因為你並不知道，你在揹房貸的期間，房市泡沫是否會破裂，又或是你的工作是否能讓你持續繳房貸，若你未來出現任何狀況無法繼續繳房貸，房子就可能會被銀行法拍，把你打回原形，更慘還可能會被把你打進沒資產又負債的地獄。 <br />更重要的是，揹貸期間還要背負，政府可能打房又或是地緣政治的影響，讓房價不斷波動的心理壓力，這過程才是最痛苦煎熬的。 <br /> <br />不過，俗話說得好，不經一事不長一智，也許有些人就是必須經歷6~7年的房貸地獄洗禮，才有辦法認清真相。 <br />總之，我還是希望，大家在買房前，好好把影片看完，經過理性的深思熟慮，選一條最適合自己走的路，不要因為建商的洗腦和低利率的誘惑，就感情用事衝動進場，這樣就可以少走一些冤枉路... <br /> <br />*搞懂總經變現，讓時間這個瓦斯爐不再空燒 <br />點此訂閱-狄驤《白話總經投資學院》↓↓↓ <br />https://bit.ly/3mrZLNQ <br /> <br />加入我們，獲得更多實用資訊與知識↓ <br /> <br />Facebook粉絲專頁：https://www.facebook.com/deehsiang/ <br /> <br />Youtube頻道：https://bit.ly/2WtIF7W <br /> <br />如果有甚麼想分享，或是有甚麼題目，希望我們做一期節目的，都可以到Facebook私訊和我們說 <br /> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
