Leadership is an important aspect of our lives, no matter the capacity in which it is demonstrated. Most often, our feelings, interactions, or reactions are based on past experiences. The current situation or engagement highlights what may have been buried or thought resolved. This is not a therapy session, nor do we advise on what you should or should not do. We do discuss events and ask, "What is the age of that or your emotion?"
