A slow, honest podcast for those tired of the rush. Hosted by Simon Stellar — conversations from the edge of something new. Sound that mirrors you. Presence that doesn't fix. Space for whatever you're carrying. No performance. No pressure to be anywhere but exactly where you are. Just real voices and inner fire. Room to remember who you were before the world told you who to become. For those moving at human pace in an inhuman world. Welcome to The New Dawn.
In this episode, Simon Stellar is joined by writer and embodiment guide Karoliina K. for an honest conversation about presence, vulnerability, and the quiet power of being witnessed. Over the past two years, Simon and Karoliina have met regularly in a simple but profound shared practice: sitting in silence, speaking only when it feels true, and holding space for each other without advice or fixing. They reflect on how this way of being has shaped their lives — in parenting, in creative work, and in how they meet the world. The conversation touches on the difference between performance and presence, the subtle dynamics of safety, and how AI might support but never replace real human connection. It’s about being human. Not perfectly — but fully.
