Ser un fraude
<p>No hay nada que agote y drene más nuestro ser, que la constante mentira de ser alguien y actuar de maneras totalmente contrarias a nosotros mismos. No me merezco ni sentir ni recibir amor
<p>"No eres importante para los demás, no te mereces sentir el amor ni las muestras de afecto de las personas que te rodean" Hace unas semanas me di cuenta de que en el fondo me sentía así, y fue una de las peores sensaciones del mundo. Cuando uno no se cree que se merezca que las cosas buenas le pasen, empieza a auto-sabotear todo aquello que le pasa en la vida, ya sean situaciones como relaciones. En este nuevo episodio tratamos este sentimiento, cómo se puede expresar en los diferentes ámbitos de nuestras vidas y cómo gestionarlo.</p> <p>Espero que os ayude y os guste mucho.
