Elite is been in the market since 1984.
So that means now, they've had a lot of success for a long time.
And the major reason for that success, is awesome service, that our franchisees, give their customers.
They're always willing to go the extra mile.
And yeah, that's the key too, some of our franchises have been with us for over 30 years.
And without awesome service, that just wouldn't happen.

Elite Business Activities
Hi Tim from Elite.
I look after the the training for a Elite.
We're here with Sandy who's taking over the franchise for the Northern Rivers area.
Today we're going through our practical and the training. And just running through a few of our business activities.
The main activities that an Elite franchisee will do, is carpet dry-cleaning, & upholstery cleaning. But there's also plenty of other things that they do on a day to day basis.
Cleaning rugs and mats, vertical blinds, drapes, car interiors, mattresses.
Some of them even extend into carpet laying repairs, flood restoration, and even pest management.
So an average day can take in quite a few of those tasks.
