Pro Se vs. Billion Dollar Legal Team | Ep 2: Derailing the System: Clemons vs. Pinkerton (Audio)
What happens when a multi-billion dollar railroad needs an enforcement arm? They call in the oldest corporate security firm in American history.
Welcome to Episode 2 of Pro Se vs. Billion Dollar Legal Team. You don't fully understand the weight of a billion-dollar legal defense until they start moving their chess pieces in the real world. In this episode, the scope of the federal lawsuit expands beyond BNSF and introduces the shadowy antagonist of the docket: Pinkerton. With a notorious history dating back to the 1850s—functioning as the original private muscle for the railroads—their involvement changes the entire dynamic of a civil dispute.
I break down the history of corporate security, the chilling reality of facing alleged coordinated intimidation tactics, and how the psychological warfare of litigation is designed to make an unrepresented individual fold. But they didn't anticipate an opponent building an autonomous data architecture to track their every move. ⚖️ Level the Playing Field: The system is designed to bury you. I built the tool I wish I had when the corporate security apparatus showed up.
