Hey guys so in this episode I’m gonna keep it a little bit more traditional, just a little bit more as usual I’ll be doing a little bit of ranting but this time is more personal. Today I will be explaining the journey I’ve been taking trying to come back and cope with my mental health. I’d like to speak about mental health and want to become a speaker on a mental health one day in life when I’m a little bit more successful in the field of becoming a independent author and or podcast, dealing with mental health is not spoken very much in the black community and when it is broken in the black immunity is water down I refuse to water my Shit down take a seat buckle up and hear what the fuck I got to say because I got shit to say.
