The judgments and calculations we make about ourselves and others create patterns, and we adhere to these patterns we’ve created unconsciously. They are reflected in our relationships and in our careers, but most importantly in the way we see ourselves. If you’ve looked at the patterns in your own life and ever wondered “why?”, then you’ve come to the right place.&nbsp;</p><br><p>My name is Mandi Dana, and this is Eloveate, the podcast where we go deep to uncover the patterns that hold us back from recognizing our full potential. I’m a professional Life Coach and mother of three from California. In this podcast, I want to share with you my personal story, and how I’ve learned through my own hardships to shift the patterns I had created throughout my life that weren’t serving me.
