Dealing With Pressure!!!!! (Cue Billy Joel!)
Our lives are full of pressure from all different directions, but I believe it's how you deal with the pressure that really counts. Today, I talk candidly about putting pressure on myself as a businesswoman and how my healing process taught me that self-care is more important than meeting standards. I also encourage other businesswomen to keep going and understand that when you're met with resistance from others, it has very little to do with you and a lot to do with the pressure they are putting on themselves.

Are You Seeing Signs and What Do They Mean?
If you're anything like me, you see signs everywhere. They can come in the form of number sequences, thinking something into existence, and even animals that pop up in your life! It can be easy to doubt what the message is, or even write it off as a coincidence. In this episode, I give a brief background on my history of seeing signs and synchronicities, its ties to manifestation, and how asking for guidance about moving actually came to me in the form of a really cool sign. How we look in social settings can really reflect how we're feeling inside, but it can also be a mask to hide ourselves in plain sight. In this episode, I get real about how being asked out for dinner by a friend made me realize that my standards of natural beauty have changed drastically, and how I feel I can now show up in the world as my authentic self.

Why I Am Being Called To Speak My Truth
Hello and welcome to the Emily Unedited podcast! I will be dipping my big toe into the pond of life by answering a call that has been begging me to respond for some time. In this first episode, I will be discussing what brought me to the decision to do a podcast, and a recent (somewhat whacky) dream I had that really put emphasis on why I needed to show up now and tell this story. And even if it only reaches the one person who needed to hear it, then I will know it has done its job. Love to you all!
