She has over 30 years experience in helping those with PTSD, emotional and physical trauma's, and sexual traumas. She utilizes various therapy techniques including equine assisted, meditation, trance and traditional therapies. </p> <p>Jordie is a certified sports nutritionist, personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and brings his own background in digestive health issues, PTSD and has over 25 years as a coach and trainer. Jordie is also does clinical research reviews for various medical professionals for peer reviews or articles. </p> <p>Join us each week as we discuss various mental and digestive health issues, how they impact our lives and how to increase your overall health and well being.</p>
