In each episode, Linzi Cason from the charity Empowerment hears stories of people who have been in those types of situations themselves, and speaks to those who can offer practical help. Empowerment works alongside people in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast who feel they have no voice and are not listened to so they can be empowered to bring about real and positive change to their own lives and the lives of others.
