I contacted customer support to cancel my membership, and the dude not only refunded my money, bit gave me 3 months free, to give me time to use my remaining credits. 10/10 Audible.</p> <p>Audible Customer Service is the best!</p> <p>I just used the Customer Service section on the desktop site to make a suggestion under the “Great Ideas” topic, and the customer service rep who responded to me via email gifted me a $10.00 coupon. I certainly wasn’t expecting or asking for that!</p>
