Enhanced Practice is a new transdisciplinary artist development and mentorship program for artists who have recently graduated from one of the seven national institutions for higher art education in Denmark. It is organized by the cross-institutional International Center for Knowledge in the Arts to give young artists across music, film, performing arts and visual arts possibilities for developing their practice in research-based, collaborative and socially engaged ways.
This podcast series consists of edited conversations between two or more of the participating artists evolving around some of the main subjects of their own practices as well as relating to the overall theme of the program, Transformation & Interdependence, which broadly addresses the challenges of art, society and culture in times of climate and pandemic emergency.
These podcast episodes are supposed to give a glimpse into the research-based artistic practices of the newly educated visual artists, musicians, performers and filmmakers. of the Danish art schools. The conversation style is casual, abrupt and improvised which is also reflected in the editing style of the podcast.

Enhanced Practice er et nyt transdisciplinært udviklings- og mentorprogram for nyuddannede kunstnere fra en af de syv kunstneriske uddannelser. Det er organiseret af Center for Kunstnerisk Viden og Udvikling, og skal give yngre kunstnere på tværs af musik, film, scenekunst og billedkunst mulighed for at udvikle deres praksis i research-baseret, samarbejdsorienterede og socialt engagerede retninger.
Denne podcast-serie er redigerede samtaler mellem to eller flere af de deltagende kunstnere, der handler om nogle af hovedemnerne i deres egen praksis, men også temaerne Transformation & indbyrdes afhængighed, som bredt forholder sig til de udfordringer, som udfolder sig inden for kunsten, kulturen og samfundet i den nuværende pandemi og ikke mindst i den post-pandemiske tid.
Podvcasten skal give et indblik i den forskningsbaserede kunstneriske praksis hos de nyuddannede kunstnere, komponister og filmskabere mv på de danske kunstskoler. Samtalestilen er afslappet, brat og improviseret, hvilket også afspejles i podcastens redigeringsstil.
