<p>In dieser Episode des ERA-Tarif Talks stehen die Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze in der Eingruppierung im Fokus. Im Rahmen unserer tarifpolitischen Bildungsoffensive wird die Ausbildung für Ehren- und Hauptamtliche durch diesen Podcast erweitert. Dabei werden wichtige Materialien zur Unterstützung bereitgestellt und kontinuierlich aktualisiert.</p> <p>Die Diskussion, moderiert von Carsten Schuld gemeinsam mit unseren Gästen Dinah Trompeter und Robert Sadowsky, dreht sich um praktische Fragen aus der Arbeitswelt. Themen wie der richtige Einstieg in die Facharbeiterkarriere und die Entwicklung zu höheren Entgeltgruppen werden beleuchtet. Insbesondere wird die Problematik diskutiert, wenn Mitarbeiter in Rente gehen und ihre Aufgaben auf andere übertragen werden, ohne dass eine entsprechende Anpassung der Entgeltgruppe erfolgt.</p> <p>Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Zunahme von Arbeitsaufgaben im Laufe der Zeit, möglicherweise bedingt durch Personalabbau und die Übertragung von Aufgaben auf verbleibende Mitarbeiter.
