Holding trauma in your body causes visceral responses in the body. This therapy is one of the ways to get to the root and release it so that unexplained visceral responses stop happening. <br/><br/>In this episode we discuss the power of bilateral stimulation. This is actually what happens in my body alchemy sessions, with the eyes. It is fascinating to watch client's eyes begin to create this movement as they are processing through the session.
