The first day, I and 7 of my friends will climb Mount Merbabu, after taking a break at the base camp, then register a checklist. after 12 noon my friends and I started arriving at post 4 (camp ground) at 8 night where to set up a tent. I was very weak because of the big wind and the temperature was very minimal and right away prepared the tent and cooked to fill my stomach.
On the second day, at 2 am, my dining friends and I started to summit at 3 in the morning, when the wind was so strong and it was difficult to walk because it was still dark. when at the time until watu lumpang towards the top of the storm, it was so severe that the path was covered with fog. We decided not to go to the top because situation weren't supportive, so finally my friend and I cooked in the edelweiss tree, took photos and waited for the sunshine. After eating, we headed to the camp ground where we set up tents.
After eating time, our tent was sorted out, we went to the basecamp of Mount Merbabu. And rest and clean the body because it is dirty. The trip was very enjoyable because of togetherness, laughter, even though it didn't reach the top because of the storm. Tired of being paid for by the beautiful scenery and the solidarity of friends. So a was verry happy, thats my unforgettable experience. Thank you
