Professor of Nutrition at the Open University of Catalonia and researcher in several international clinical trials. Founder and Director of the CPEN, an Endocrionology and Nutrition Clinic Center in Barcelona. Actively involved in the COVID-19 crisis management, he became what we call a Covidologist in the hospitals that took the worst part during the pandemic. He has served on different national committees and is active member of the Spanish Society of Endocrinology (SEEN) and the European Association for the Study of Obesity (EASO).</p>

After finishing trainings he became the specialist in general surgery and oncological surgery (2008). He is a head of surgical oncology clinic at national cancer institute in cracow. He is the head of the Home Parenteral Nutrition Unit at Stanley Dudrick’s Memorial Hospital in Skawina, Poland. He has published more than 200 original articles and served on different national committees. Since 2010, he has been the Chairman of the Polish Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (POLSPEN)</p>
