Take Smalls Steps - Building A Habit in 21 days , Day 2
Well what can I say. Today is Day 2 of the 21 Days to Build a habit. It all about taking small steps consistently. The second day in, I awoke with lots of energy. My can do attitude was at its highest. I bounced out of bed at 6am and started investing my two hours in me. Now I am sure you have all been there. You are so full of beans that you actually over do it. I think that was what happened to me. I hit the bump in the road. Join me and find out what I did and what I learnt from this to help me on my journey to build a habit. This journey is going to need baby steps and perhaps I need to be more the tortoise than the hare. The good thing is my sense of humour and drive is still in tact. Join me and create a new habit today.
