People Pleaser

Spreading Love and Kindness with Shreyaa and Esha Vankat
<p>Hey ya'll, hope you had a lovely weekend and spent some time taking care of yourself! Giving love to others is important but in order to do that compassionately, it is important to give love to yourself too. In this week's episode, I have the incredibly Shreyaa and Esha Vankat who are founders of an NGO called <a href="https://www.instagram.com/joinnest/?hl=en">@joinnest</a>. It was not only incredible to listen to them share their ambition for the future but hear the excitement through their voice. They started their NGO at the age of 10 and 15, and now has over 1000 volunteers. They run 5 different programs ranging from distributing food to the homeless all the way through to providing education for pre-schoolers and kindergarten.
