The Diamond Logos® Teachings is a contemporary path to self realization, which draws on both the wisdom of spiritual traditions and on the knowledge of developmental psychology. Bringing both realms together leads to the retrieving of our Essence. It aims at restoring the Natural Order of Reality in us, bringing us back to our soul and its very natural attributes and capacities.
Faisal Muqaddam, the founder of this work, began his spiritual journey in 1968. According to him, "we are not human beings on a spiritual journey but spirits on a human journey".

Soul Stations
In this conversation, Faisal Muqaddam explores the concept of “Soul Stations,” describing it as the unique qualities and essential attributes that shape each individual soul. He suggests that every soul carries a particular “flavor” or contribution to the world—one that can evolve across lifetimes.
Faisal reflects on how this uniqueness expresses itself through purpose, karma, and grace, and how souls are born into specific life circumstances that both challenge and support their unfolding. Using figures such as Dalai Lama, he illustrates how certain soul qualities—like compassion—can become a living expression in the world.
The conversation also touches on the influence of family dynamics on the development of the soul, highlighting how unresolved family patterns can obscure or divert a soul’s natural expression. Faisal emphasizes the importance of recognizing and supporting the unique qualities of children, and of doing our own inner work so that the soul can fully blossom and live its deeper purpose.

Ego Deficiency, the Family Hole and the Soul Station
In this episode, Faisal Muqaddam explores the concept of ego deficiency and its deep connection to the family field and the soul. He describes how feelings such as shame, fear, anxiety, and rage can permeate our entire inner system—what he vividly refers to as “octopus feelings.”
Faisal explains how the ego’s sense of deficiency often shows up in everyday life: feeling inadequate in new situations, relationships, or environments. He traces the roots of this experience back to early interactions with our surroundings, where criticism, judgment, or lack of attunement may have been absorbed.
The episode also touches on primary narcissism, understood as a deep wound linked to our disconnection from the soul or inner point of light. Faisal suggests that true healing does not come from the ego itself, but from reconnecting with the divine dimension and opening to the experience of divine love.
