Selain itu pada masa kerajaan Sriwijaya Bukit Siguntang menjadi tempat ibadah bagi umat Hindu.terdapat beberapa makam keturunan kerajaan Sriwijaya seperti makam raja Segentar Alam, putri Kembang Dadar, putri Kembang Selako,panglima Bagus Kuning, panglima Bagus Karang, panglima Tuan Junjungan, pangeran Raja Batu Api dan panglima Jago Lawang.selain itu ,juga ditemukan beberapa benda peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya yang kemudian disimpan di musium Balaputradewa dan musium Sriwijaya di komplek taman Purbakala kerajaan Sriwijaya.pengunjung yang mengunjungi tempat ini tidak hanya berasal dari kota Palembang khususnya, tetapi juga berasal dari berbagai negara seperti Malaysia, China, Singapore dan Thailand.</p>
