Our families are one of the strongest influences that we will ever encounter. On our show join Dr. Pat and me in exploring the challenges that come with family relationships. We have been told we can’t choose our family, but what if the family we have is not the one we desire? I believe that family is the key ingredient to a path to recovery, for our well-being.
As a practicing life coach and energy worker, we can help you take back ownership of your life and to stop being a victim of circumstances, find peace of mind, and create a life you desire rather than the one that was handed to you. We are here to show you that it is possible to come from hardship and shine again!
We are emotional beings. When we are happy and enthusiastic, all is great. But what if sadness, anger, shame or despair settle in?
Be in the moment. Express your emotions. Don t deny your emotions. What does it even mean? And what can be done about negative emotions on an energetic level?

Addictions
We have no idea what addicts go through. Even if we are close to them. Even if we are one of them. It is beyond our comprehension what is happening on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The battles that they go through and the battles that they put us through! Families are torn apart. Guilt, resentment, regret, judgment, shame, settle in.

Soul Retrieval
Sometimes, no matter what we do, we are unable to move forward. The light in the eyes goes out, we have never been the same again, ever since that something happened. We are profoundly sad, exhausted, suffer from illnesses or physical pain ... This just may be because during the trauma, we lost a part of our soul, our life s essence. Grief
My way of grieving and mourning. I developed it over the past few years, as I was going through life events myself. It may not be for everyone; I used it three times and I am glad I found it.
It all started when my 18 year-old son said: Mom, I would like to go on a trip for a few months!?
After losing all my family and friends, any separation was a trip down the rabbit hole for me. I knew how bad it can get, so I decided that I am going to try and do something about it.
