<p>今天的播客邀请了我的一位美女顾客咏梅分享她的45-55岁的时期，从进入衰老到闭经的经历。她曾经是一位律师，勇敢地在52岁时改变了职业的轨道。她告诉我们不用害怕衰老！闭经这些，都是过程，是可以积极面对及干预的，且不会让人生变得糟糕。此外，咏梅还分享了自己的生活理念，认为女性应该为自己而活，保持积极的心态。虽然中年女性的岁月艰难，幸福感低，但只要坚持走下去，你会发现最美的风光就在五六十岁的时候。</p><p>同时，因为经验不足，怕录制出问题，特意选择了双保险的方式，手机也录了一遍，结果可能是因为手机离电脑太近，所以出现了杂音，影响了大家的收听感受，真的很抱歉！随着经验的累积，我们会减少这些不必要的失误，争取给大家越来越好的收听感受！</p><p>主播：蛾眉淡扫</p><p>嘉宾：咏梅</p>
