Attack The Block commentary and analysis for GCSE Film Studies

Hi and welcome to the first in (what might be) a series of podcasts where I comment, analyse and generally talk a lot whilst watching a film from the Eduqas GCSE Film Studies specification. This episode we take a look at Joe Cornish's 2011 sci-fi/horror/comedy film Attack the Block. As part of the GCSE, the focus of this film is on the style of the film and how it looks, so I watch and make reference to films that were an influence on the making of and the overall style of the film with ideas coming commentaries on the DVD and interviews from the Director Joe Cornish, information and ideas from the cast and crew and my own personal interpretation. Ideally, have a copy of the film ready and to hand, and be prepared for me talking at 1000mph!
