International Men's Day 2020 - Ronnie Davies
<p>For our first podcast, we caught up with our Senior Environmental Operative, Ronnie Davies, for an International Men’s Day special.</p> <p>Ronnie talks openly about how his physical health is really important to him, particularly highlighted by his dad, who he sadly lost earlier this year. </p> <p>He also speaks about the importance of looking after your mental health, something he realised when he went through a divorce at 39.</p> <p>This all fits in with this year's International Men's Day theme, "better health for boys and men".</p>
