<b><i>Author unknown ~ </i></b><b>Imagine this … there is a bank that credits your account each morning with $86,400.</b> <b> </b> <b>It carries over no balance from day to day. </b> <b> </b> <b>Every evening, it deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out ALL OF IT, of course!!!!</b> <b> </b><br /><b></b><br /><b>Each of us has such a bank. Its name is TIME. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night, it is written off as lost, whatever you have failed to invest for a good purpose. It carries over no balance. It allows no overdraft.</b> <b> </b> <b>Each day, it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day. The loss is yours if you fail to use the day's deposits.</b> <b> </b> <b>There is no going back. There is no drawing against the "tomorrow." You must live in the present on today's deposits. Invest it to get the utmost health, happiness, and success from it! The clock is running. Make the most of today.</b> <b> </b> <b>How did you spend your $86,400 yesterday? </b> <b>How much of the $86,400 have you spent today?</b> <b>How will you spend the $86,400 tomorrow? </b> <b> </b> <b>More importantly, how did you spend it? Are you satisfied with it? Proud of it? Are you ashamed of it? Would you like to change it?</b> <b> </b> <b>One must ask, have we achieved our goals? Have we spent our daily allocation wisely? Can we do better? The answer is YES. It is always yes. Everyone can always do better. In the future, what principles should we foster? What legacy do we hope to leave our children? </b> <b> </b> <b>My Father raised me on the overriding premise that “Doing the right thing can never be wrong, though doing the right things is not always easy.” I have strived to live my life based on all decisions, small or big, on this premise. Upon this premise, I strive daily to “Be the change I wish to see in the world!”</b> <b> </b> <b>So, where do we go from here? Let me suggest this:</b> <b> </b> <b>Welcome to Flight #2024</b>.<b> </b> <b>As we prepare for take-off, please ensure your Attitude and Blessings are secured and locked upright. </b> <b> </b> <b>All self-destructive devices should be turned off at this time. </b> <b> </b> <b>All negativity, hurt, and discouragement should be put away. </b> <b> </b> <b>Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up, and pull down a prayer? </b> <b> </b> Faith will automatically activate prayers<b>. Once your Faith is activated, you can assist other passengers. </b> <b> </b> <b>There will be NO BAGGAGE allowed on this flight. </b> <b> </b> <b>The Captain (GOD, that is) has cleared us for takeoff. </b> <b> </b> <b>Destination GREATNESS from the courthouse to the White House. </b> <b> </b> <b>Will you book your flight with us?
