Episode 021 - Transforming Divine Connection and Through Self Love w/ Ruth Li
I met Ruth “coincidentally” here in Cambodia, and after connecting, we realized we had a mutual friend. She is truly a breath of fresh air and every time I speak with Ruth I am reminded of the importance of curiosity, kindness, and compassion.
In this episode, we discussed the importance of self-love and using one’s intuition, as well as the changing perceptions of hustle culture and the importance of working from a place of love and service.
We also discussed the importance of a lifelong love of learning and the challenges of navigating energy levels and emotions. Ruth shared her experience with Lyme disease and how she transformed it into wisdom and strength, as well as trusting the divine and allowing it to guide us into becoming our best selves.
Ruth Li is a compassionate and intuitive coach helping spiritually-centered women connect with self-love, clarity and alignment. With over a decade of experience in mindfulness and personal development, she creates a kind and empowering space for clients to uncover their unique gifts, transform old patterns and embody their authentic path.
Her qualifications include Breakthrough Coaching, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course and Authentic Leadership & Facilitation Training, along with her certification as a yoga instructor. She has also attended several 10-day Vipassana meditation retreats, including her first one in India.
Through her 1:1 coaching program, Awakened Path, Ruth supports women to cultivate sustainable practices, trust their intuition and take inspired action toward a soul-led life and career. As an anti-hustling advocate, Ruth understands that each person’s definition of success is unique and supports women in creating harmonious and fulfilling lives they love.

Episode 020 - The Joy of Dreaming: Why Wishing Is a Radical Act of Spirit w/ Adriana Carballo
Adriana is a vibrant, shining, and lovely person who I absolutely love connecting with. Every time I speak with her, I feel so uplifted and wonderful. Her passion and zest for life is contagious!!!
In this episode, we discussed Adriana's five shamanic questions that serve as a compass for her work, and dug deeper into the symbolic significance of dancing, singing, and silence, emphasizing their connection to spiritual wisdom and cyclical patterns in nature, particularly the phases of the moon. Adriana share more about the cycles of the moon, and how the new moon invites introspection and dream-making, while the waning moon encourages rest and reflection. We also discussed her “50 before 50” project, and the importance of taking action in spirituality and manifestation, and the importance of balancing effort with rest and finding joy in everyday experiences, and so much more! :)
