Fragments. Episode One. An Intro.

For this episode, I turned on the mic and just started talking. I tell you that the main focus of this podcast is to hold myself accountable as I dive deep into some self-worth/self-love work in 2020. My overarching focus in 2020 is to dive deep into loving myself through a variety of practices; to accept the parts of me, the fragments, that I've abandoned and connect deeper with my wholeness. What might happen if I love myself unconditionally? I imagine that some big shifts could come from that. I will work to shift deeper from external validation to internal validation. I will seek to get to know all the abandoned parts of myself and welcome them home. I am moving from talking the talk to walking the walk. Having voice diaries will hopefully keep me accountable to this practice, and perhaps support someone else along the way as well.
