In unserem Alltag leben wir meist in unseren Gedanken und denken an die Zukunft oder an die Vergangenheit, verpassen dabei jedoch den gegenwärtigen Moment. Die Kunst der Meditation

In dieser Episode gebe ich dir eine Einführung in das Thema Meditation. Wir schauen uns an, was Meditation überhaupt ist, wobei Meditation uns helfen kann / warum Meditation hilfreich für uns sein kann und wie du Mediation selbst in dein Leben integrieren kannst.  Ebenfalls schauen wir uns hierbei an, was die Wissenschaft dazu sagt, was bei uns im Gehirn passiert sowie welche Meditations Arten es gibt und wann du überhaupt dazu bereit bist, zu meditieren. Zu guter Letzt gebe ich dir noch eine Übung mit an die Hand, wie du Meditation ganz simpel und einfach in dein Leben integrieren kannst. Viel Freude dabei! In diesem ersten kleinen Intro lade ich dich zu meinem Podcast ein und gebe einen kleinen Einblick in das, was dich auf diesem Podcast erwartet.
